The Report was generated on July 18, 2006 by
Universal Tool Supply, Inc. (a Michigan Corporation)
|
|
History:
|
|
On
July 14, 2006 our firm was contacted by the producer of Start up Nation
and told that we had been
chosen to be on their radio show and would be allowed to give a one (1)
minute talk about our firm. The
reason for the talk is to tell selected, in house, captive investors what
type of financing a company is
seeking to expand their company to the next level.
Initially the offer sounded like an excellent opportunity to allow us the
ability to expose our firm
to venture
capitalist and possibly obtain funding to take our firm to
the next level. In order to get on the so called
legitimate radio show, we were asked to prepare a one (1) minute written
summary about our firm and
what we are attempting to do. Due to misleading and inadequate
information from the shows producer,
and after approximately seventy (70) sheets of paper and over six (6) hours of labor, we finally
created a
spot that would fulfill their requirements but not ours.
On the evening of July 14, 2006, my partner came to the office to
discussed what we were offered and we
decided to review the Start Up Nation web site.
Well, to our surprise, the web is nothing more than an advertisement that
is sponsored and paid for by
Southwest Airlines and other manufacturers of related products that offer
to unsuspecting individuals
products and methods to potentially obtain financing for their particular
venture. The program is nothing
more than a sophisticated
ploy to use individuals like us to further promote what the Start Up
Nation does
and offers, with no constructive value or opportunity, to the invitee, and only helps to
promote the
company in its semi-fraudulent guise to make money for themselves alone.
After thoroughly reviewing the Start Up Nation web site, it was
determined that we wanted no part of the
exploitation of our good company and its name by a sham artists like Start
Up Nation and declined to be
on their other than useful radio show. The show lasts for one hour
and all but one minute is devoted to
the selling of products and services offered by the firm and offers virtually no help
to or for the invitee.
NOTE: Our strong recommendation
is that if you are ever called and given the
opportunity to participate
on their radio show, that you just decline their invitation due to the fact that it will do you no
good
whatsoever and has the potential to damage your credibility to the general public at large by virtue of the
radio
show and the general public that may be listening and how it is now managed by its program
director and its
owners..
Disclaimer: The above is only our opinion and should not be
construed as a negative or positive
statement concerning the Start Up Nation venture or web site nor what it appears to
promote.

History:

On 10.02.06 we shipped 4 Pneumatic tools to the above company. Inadvertently, the supplier shipped a
second order on 10.03.06 to the above company. Starting on 11.10.06 a voice mail message was left for
Mr. Bumgarner and he failed to return the call. On 11.13.06 another voice mail message was left and
once more he did not return the call or answer the message. On 11.15.06, a third and finial voice mail
message was left for Mr. Bumgarner and again he did not return the call.
It is our opinion that he did not return the messages because he felt that he may have gotten an extra set
of four tools valued at $1,529,40 for free. Well, he got caught. We have produced the UPS receipts
showing the delivery of both sets of tools to his address and signed for by an employee.
Mr. Bumgarner has been sent a finial notice indicating that if he does not either return or pay for the tools,
we will start litigation against him and his company for our loss of the above mentioned funds.
We would strongly suggest that you be extremely careful if you in fact have any dealings with this
individual or the Kaplan Early Learning company as you my not receive the compensation that is due you
for the property sold to his company Kaplan Early Learning.

The Report was generated on January 9, 2007 by
Universal Tool Supply, Inc. (a Michigan Corporation)
|
|
History:
|
|
On December
21, 2006, the above named company, AVM Company, Inc. placed an order for parts with us.
The order was due to be shipped on Friday afternoon, December 22, 2006.
The supplier for the parts ordered shut their plant down on December 22, 2006
at 12:00 PM for Christmas
and New Years and didn't re-open until January 2, 2007. On January 2, 2007 the company employees
came to work
to began taking their Year End Inventory and ended same on January 5, 2007. During the
inventory period, the
manufacturer did not fill nor ship any orders to any of their customers. The order in
question that was placed by Universal Tool Supply on behalf of AMV, Inc.,
Alex V. Malixi, and was in fact
ready to ship on the 22nd of December and was scheduled to ship on
January 9, 2007. UPS had been
contacted to pick-up the order on January 9, 2007.
However, on January 8, 2007, at approximately 7:30 PM, the purchaser called and cancelled the order
due
to the time it took to
have the order sent to them. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice from the
customer,
Universal Tool Supply logged into VeriSign and issued a full credit to the customers credit card
for the order
that was cancelled, and a copy of the credit was sent to the customer that evening. We will
no longer do any business with any foreign companies that do not understand America and the freedoms
we have fought so hard for and won for real Americans.
These
purchasers are Mexican and they do not seem to understand our American Christmas and New
Years holidays and plant shut downs during the holiday season. They also do not
understand that all
manufacturers in the United States must take a year end inventory for tax purposes at some point during
their physical year end.
As mentioned above, AVM company called at 7:30 P.M. on January 8, 2007, and asked us to cancel the
order and then charge them again on January 9, 2007, one day later after the order had shipped. As sales
manager, I told the agent that was
not a very bright idea and we would much rather give them a full credit
for their purchase. We also asked them to please do business in the future with one of our competitors,
because Universal Tool Supply does not wish to have any further contact with the AVM company,
pr Alex
Malixi or any of his associates.
Upon receipt of the cancellation order, the manufacturer had to then unpack the shipment container and
put all of the parts back into their inventory. This cost the manufacturer a sum of money in the form of
labor to re-stock the many parts ordered and Universal Tool Supply transaction fees from the credit card
company.
It is suggested that you be very careful when dealing with the above company as they are not professional
when they do business. The president of AVM,
Alex V. Malixi called the President of my supplier and
complained about Universal Tool Supply. As stated above it should be quite obvious that we had nothing
to do with the late shipment and he should have understood our holidays and how business functions
during holiday periods and year end inventories. The president of
our supplier and I had a pretty good laugh
about the whole thing and he agrees that we should not do business with
firms like AVM and Alex V.
Malixi.
