Request for Open Commercial Account
To request an Open Commercial
Account with Universal Tool Supply, please click
"Open
Commercial Account Form" below. Once you have completed the Application
form, you may email or fax it to (248) 623-6829. If you should have any questions
concerning your Application, please
feel free to Contact
Us.
Upon the completion of the application process, you will receive notice
(Usually within
48 to 72 hours) via the email address provided, that your account has been
activated
and is now ready
to use. When you receive your activation notice, you will also receive
a Login/ID and Password. In
the event the login and password are not
what you want,
please email your requested change to us and we will
update the database accordingly.
