FLAT RATE UPS Charges:  All freight charges that are excessive will be 
refunded to the Customer once the actual UPS cost has been determined 
after the order has shipped, via a Check from Universal Tool Supply, Inc.  
Any questions, Contact Us.  Conversely, if the freight is insufficient, you will be notified
prior to the shipment of your order as to the additional.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERS, AND ORDERING INFORMATION:

IMPORTED PRODUCTS:  Some of our products are IMPORTED.  If you wish to find out where the 
products you are purchasing are manufactured before you purchase them, It is NOT OUR 
RESPONSIBILITY to tell you where they were or are manufactured, it is that of the Customer.  If you
have any questions with respect to manufacturing origin, please contact us and we will try to find out
for you.  Any and all Rejects due to where the products were manufactured or made will not be 
accepted by Universal Tool Supply, Inc. unless we have given you the wrong information and you can
show us where we were wrong.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS:  In the event the cost to ship an order exceeds the "Flat Rate 
UPS Shipping Charges" as stated above, or the order must be shipped via Common Carrier, the 
customer will be contacted and must pay any and all additional freight charges before the order will 
be processed and / or shipped. When you complete your transaction, you have and are Agreeing to
all Terms and Conditions contained on and / or within this web site. 

Notice to our Government Purchasing Agents:  
When purchasing by Credit Card and using the secure VeriSign interface web pages, the ship to 
address requested can be left blank due to the fact that we already have the ship to information 
from "Step 1in the order process: Customer Ship to and Contact Information page" previously 
completed.  If you get an "Error Message" during the credit card information stage of the process, 
simply enter the word "None" in the text box indicated to complete your  transaction.

Orders Shipped other than UPS Ground:
For all Customers that wish to have their order shipped via UPS Overnight, 2nd day Air or another
carrier, please contact our Customer Service Department.  If an order cannot be shipped via UPS
ground due to size and/or weight restrictions, the order will be shipped via common carrier and all
freight costs are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

Flat Rate Shipping Charges:

In the event the cost to ship an order exceeds the "Flat Rate Shipping Charges" as stated above
or the order must be shipped via Common Carrier, the customer will be contacted and informed of
the additional costs to ship their order.

Back Ordered Products:

Although we maintain an approximately 98% inventory we do run out of certain products on occasion.
If you place an order and we are temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by our "Customer
Service Department" and given the option of waiting for the portion of your order that has been 
placed on "Back Order" or you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order and immediately 
receive a full credit for your purchase.

Credit Card Purchases:   
All Credit Card orders that are returned or cancelled may be subject to a 2.4% handling and 
processing fee and/or a Ten (10%) percent re-stocking fee.
